Workshop on language and movement
In this workshop, under the guidance of Amber, we will explore music and movement and how these two things interact with each other. We will be taking a small trip through Scandinavian music and play with different time signatures, rhythms and directions of movement in a room. This will be a safe place to explore how your body moves and responds to music, with no prior knowledge of dancing needed!
