Language theory is not granitically stuck in its own dogmatism. It instead proceeds, following the scientifical method, in its innovatory gait towards new perspectives.

For this reason we opted to choose "Debates, how perspective can shape language theory" as main topic for 2023  T.W.I.S.T. Conference in Linguistics. We are in fact strongly convinced that diversity in approach and views is indeed what makes our field so lively and fruitful for new discoveries.

2023 T.W.I.S.T. Conference will be the 17th edition of the event, being a very radicate tradition for our association. In the past years, different topics charaterized our conference but its structure has been overall the same, featuring Keynote speakers giving lectures and Student speakers giving short 20 minute-long talks.
